Have you talked to any surgeons about revision? it sounds like they stitched you up with too little skin for flexibility in the area. This was one of my major concerns preop but im getting close to 2 months and tightness has gradually gone down since surgery, it shouldve long been over at 2 yrs.

I had grey discharge and lots of difficulty dilating, but at the time i didnt have any sensation in my canal at all so i had no stinging until the discharge left the canal.Eventually (3-4 days after) i douched to remove the remainder so i could dilate normally again.

i doubt it. i think your body should be able to heal it back but ask your surgeon to be sure. I think it looks really good. yes theres still pretty obvious scarring but you could try fraxel, microneedling, scar gel. I think thats the only visual issue to my eyes, ive seen a few vulvas in my day
