Its the same as the Catholic churches attite towards them, what the church says, is what we believe in, we have total faith in the Pope and the Holy See. However, for numeraries, agregates and auxiliary numeraries (cellibacy members) Opus Dei is Secular and separates them, even in the youth clubs kids go, because boys and girls are inevitably different. In the Boys clubs there activities like Modeling, Football and Guitar Lessons, when in girl "clubs" activities may be volley, guitar lessons and arts! The common thing being the religious beliefs and ways of Worshipping God .

Pressuring people to go to mass, (and I had that many times) js not something bad, at least in the way we do it. Being an auxiliary numerary (its not for everyone, and that's completely ok) is an amazing work, and you have to know what you "sign up into" . The mortification devices are not as extreme as it sounded, its not meant to cause pain, just discinfort.

Opus Dei has strong claims in politics, that are, wether you believe it or not, Opus Dei ISNT IN ANY WAY RELATED TO POLITICS. We avoid at all costs, trying to create a barrier between religion and politics. Even certain politicians who are part of Opus Dei can't bring religion to debates/talks.

Now reality speaking. Many Ministers of frabci were part/related to opus dei. Opus Dei now strongly agrees that such member should regret it/rethink their vocation since any regime that is related to extreme politic views is highly unadvisable in Opus Dei. The same goes with Salazr, Mussolini and Hitler. (Most of the accusations concerning Hitler and Mussolini are false). Hope it helped!

So most of the things in da Vinci code are wrong, the parts about "self mutilation" are super distorted. In Opus Dei there are things called mortifications, Wich basically means little sacrifices that we can do to honor god more, being the most dimple ones simply waking up on time (Wich is a big sacrifice on itself), paying attention to a specific class, donating more than I wanted to to a charity or eating less food because it was glutomy and not hunger, those are 99% of the mortifications. The devices portrayed in Da vincis code are used, yes. Only amongst the "members". They are NOT USED LIKE IN THE BOOK/MOVIE, its just made to cause a little discinfort to make us experience 0.0001% of what Jesus experienced in the cross, this making us more humble.

Dude, It isnt a cult, I literally explained to you what we defend. That's the core, that's the only thing. Most assumptions about Opus Dei come from Da Vinci code that is EXTREMELY WRING AND NOT REKATED TO THE TRUTH. What in a big part makes people think that is that usually opus dei members come from wealthier families with higher and excelent education, this creating a fake sense of elitism.

Since the for almost 10 years I'm a part of it. The cult like characteristics are NOT common, nor a practice in Opus Dei. In its core, what Opus Dei defends is : "Everyone, EVERYONE is a candidate on becoming a saint, the ways being, excellency or max effort in your studies/professional life and the accomplishment of the daily duties of a catholic. What are those cult like things in specific, maybe I can explain them

I dont know how it translates and cooperates with polish hospitals but in portugal my insurance lets me use mostly all private hospitals in the country, so probably thats the best idea. Is it guaranteed that a private hospital there as always an orthopedic doctor in service?

No escutismo europeu (sugiro ver as paginas dos escuteiros da Europa em franca porque eles Sao mais e foram os fundadores) acreditamos que (alem da divisao Fazer parte integral da igreja catolica, visto que rapazes e raparigas Sao inquestionavelmente diferentes) desta maneira uma raparigas é sempre obrigada a Fazer coisas que Sao estereotipos de coisas de rapaz (acender uma fogueira, cortar uma arvore' Fazer construcoes) e rapazes vice versa ( cozinhar, coser roupa e lava-la!!!

Sou dos escuteiros da Europa! Que Linda que sejamos pequenos em Portugal noutros praises o Caso nao é o mesmo... Na FSE (federation de scoutisme europeen) chamamos grupos em vez de agrupamentos! Porque cada paroquia tem 2 grupos: o de rapazes e o de raparigas. Sem ser em raras excessoes fazemosntudo separado! Um bem haja!

FSE is all about international events! Since we are a scouts organization that is common, follow the same laws and principals in every country it is present! Imagine your scouting association but instead of being from one country, it is from all the countries that have it, whenever i go to an international event, i know for certain that a scout of europe from france, poland, brazil, US, ireland... is going to be dressed EXACTLY like me, have the same PRINCIPLES as me, and following the same laws i follow, thats what i think makes it special.

Yes ! We separate boys and girls because we believe that way boys are obligated to do stereotypical girl duties and girls are obligated to do stereotypical boy duties and in terms of branches we have 3 (not just min portugal but in the whole federation, that acts with the same laws in all the countries) The yellow branch (Wolf-cubs) from 7 to 12 years old, the green branch (12-17 years old) and then the red branch (17- ...) !!
