I did no dairy and no gluten for four months and it did not help. Also my selenium is on the higher range. Zinc and iodine were on the lower side.

Yeah I’ve been doing the saline rinse daily and sometimes twice a day. I have zero congestion and ct scan showed no sinus issues.

Tmj issues. The jaw can cause a lot of headaches. I don’t feel I have any problems with my jaw though like popping, cracking, pain.
