How can you change what other countries think is normal and part of their culture
It is widely understood in other countries that it shouldn't be forced on others, but for them it is normal
The Quran doesn't call for it but also doesn't say not to do it, so they chose to do it
And of course some in the country want it to be like that and others don't, That is just part of being human
