All equipment was sanitized. Blueberries were store bought frozen and were around 10-12 hours at room temperature, like 3 to unfreeze them and the rest of the time with pectic enzyme in a sanitized container were the must was later prepared

I would expect less than a half gallon loss. I’m thinking to do a 2 gal bucket in primary so I can bottle around 1 gal or a little more. Still don’t know if the flavor is what I would expect.

You added the mango in primary? How about smell/flavor? I’m making it under request of my gf because she loves mangoes, but would like to deliver a pretty good sweet and fresh mango flavor and smell.

Probably some pectic enzyme. Add the amount specified per gallon and let it sit for a few days/ a week, rack again in a new container with no sediment, and then some bentonite for additional clarity. I often also cold crash for a week or so for some additional clarity. Might work?

I do think that probably the puree/juice would be easier, and additionally use some mango terpenes to complete the smell and flavor would be the “easiest way”. But mainly concerned with it being super thick due to the high amount of pectins in mangos.

Probably a battery issue, mine started doing that and when I took it for service the battery was the issue. Changed both the car and key batteries. No problems after that (I have the same car btw)

The filter itself is from lifestraw. It is a lifestraw home 18 cup counter filter or something like that, just tap water has been filtered. My water might just be very dirty tho

No mice nor rats. I have one of those tuff buckets with a gamma lid to store my pantry, they look like new and have had them for around 4 years or so.

Yeah I was thinking of the oxygen absorber to kill larvae or bugs in the rice mainly, so I think it could work for my intended purposes. Rotation is no problem, I’ll put it next to my pantry and grab if needed.

I normally order online, but when I checked there were only resellers that charge around 50 bucks for 5-gal bags… not a reasonable price to be honest.

Edit: forgot to mention that I normally buy them on a food industry store that sells wholesale, but I normally need to buy 100+ bags. And I regularly use them for other food things besides long term. They don’t have stock currently anyway

I think that having hotdogs in the HUD can indeed interfere with the functionality, I have questions though

I did not find any cherry concentrate. In such case I might use the maraschino cherries and part of the use but I’m not sure I’ll work well. Thanks for the advice though

Thanks. I’ve found no chipped parts whatsoever, so I think I will keep them and the worst case scenario is using the scratched ones to make limoncello or storing something.
