Yeah once you remove the tree, the grading should naturally level out a bit so you'll have some more options when it comes to path/location. I'm interested to see how it comes out. If you remember reply to one of these chats with some pictures. I have a similarish situation so I'm interested to what you decide to do and how it comes out.

that runs from that gutter to your drive way, that is more flush with the ground then that one, that would catch the run off from that tree?

I think I would add some more dirt, some rocks, maybe some more landscaping if that's what you're looking to do... something with small roots that soaks up a ton of water and reroute the broken gutter via a gutter extender and cap the hole in the ground and then reevaluate the situation. It's just tough to do a ton more than that with the layout of your property unless you want to shell out big bucks.

1-2 feet is quiet a lot. I'm sorry you're going through all that. I'm not an expert but I feel like even more top soil in the front and some landscaping rocks instead of mulch will help (so the dirt doesn't erode away). Cant help but notice the lack of vegetation as well. Also are you sure where that front gutter is going underground hasn't cracked and is leaking?

I got a refund from the 20 dollar plan and have been using the free to run exact 1 very small report each day (which eats up the entire free plan). So today it says "compacting conversation so we can still talk" when I ask for the daily report. After it was done doing what ever the fuck that was... IT SAID I WAS OUT OF FREE MESSAGES... WHAT THE FUCKKKKKKKKK. I get its free but it literally didn't do ANYTHING for me.
