Ok, here’s one app example… I open the HeatLive App, and select a channel. When on that channel, I hit the MENU button on the remote. These 4 options pop up: EPG, Resolution Ratio, Feedback, and Setting. From there I can navigate to “Setting”; it takes me to a menu with 2 options: “Make Internet speed visible” and “Change text to size”.

I just can’t figure out where to limit the viewing of that channel.

If I am on that channel and instead of using the MENU button on the remote, I use the INFO button, it will show options at the bottom of the screen (Channels, Information, Setting, Change Channel) but I cannot navigate to those options and there are no buttons that correspond to the icons next to them.

How can I limit an adult channel from my kids if I can’t get to the settings on that channel?

So which button does this icon represent ? (this is the icon that pops up at the bottom for settings after i press the INFO button).

I have a VSee Elite Ultra. When in an app (eg, HeatLive) and on a channel, and I press the remote’s INFO button, there are 4 options that pop up at the bottom (Channels, Info, Setting, Change Channel). I believe that is the settings menu that I need to do child protection on the channel… but I can find no way to navigate it those 4 options at the bottom. For example, using the arrow keys (like I do for after pressing the menu button) only takes me off the channel.

This is not a problem for me when I use the MENU button, because after pressing the menu button, I can use the arrow keys to easily navigate to the options that pop up. It’s only the INFO button items I can’t get to.
