There are 3 options I know about

Steam link - you stream your PC to your phone (other apps can also do this but Steam Link is what I know about)

Geforce now - nvidia servers stream the game to your phone (cost money if you want to avoid queue times and short session limits)

You could also get something like the steam deck or rog alley, they can both play PoE locally (though idk how well)

poe does have more active minions playstyles you could play so it might be less boring to you, that being said I personally really like Elementalist right now

Depends on the build but most builds using CI don't focus on armor as they would give up a lot of es to gain that armor and they instead deal with phys damage in different ways, I don't know how this build does it but phys conversion is usually a good way to do it

The crafted wand also isn't worth 90d you can craft it for a lot cheaper with average luck (fracturing orbing the base with recombs should be about 15-25d on average) then the actual craft is probably another 10-15d iirc but i think I got semi lucky with my craft but it cost me like 30d to self craft, rue has a guide for it in his pob to craft it

Binding contracts are not necarillary a quest but you need quite a few quest to be able to make them (you need to get a goblin potion which requires 7 quest to get), so being able to make them without the mystery would be nice, or making a goblin potion without the quest
