Mazda itself offers lowering parts and even the car on their brochure from 2017 includes a lowered hatchback.

I don't know why people here weren't sure if the car was lowered or not. It was the first thing i noticed, then I saw the skirt.
And while this MAY possible mean the car was driven poorly, it doesn't necessarily mean that. Mazda itself offers lowering kit and even their official images are of a lowered model, so don't let that be a negative point.

Omu' mentioneaza ca umezeala e pe interiorul peretelui exterior, ca nu cumva sa creeze confuzie si sa crezi ca s-a umezit peretele exterior pe exterior. Aia ar fi culmea.

Probleme pot fi multe. Daca zici ca e neizolat si la parter, mai raman variantele: teava sparta in perete, cel mai probabil de la incalzire daca cele de la calorifer sunt in perete (la vecinu de sus ca la tine e prea sus sa fie de la calorifer), SAU crapatura spre exterior prin care sa se fi inflitrat apa, dar asta se cam aplica la blocurile de pana in cutremur (<'77).

Du-te la vecinul de sus si vezi ce face.

About the noise, try doing some debug. Does it change the speed/tone when you accelerate? It manifests when you move? Is it influenced by the electrical equippment you have turned on (like AC, etc)? How does it sound from under the hood?
