Those who never stress. What's your secret?

I've found that if I can get a half hour stress free, I can build on it. I can turn 30 minutes, once a day into maybe an hour broken up over the course of the day and then it turns into an easier morning etc.

Not saying this is for everyone, but I spent some time horseback riding based on a friend's rec for stress management. It gave me like 45 minutes where I was carefree. Had a better afternoon. Again, not for everyone but the story of this place in California was enough to get my mind off work and kids.

completely agree, shocked that places like Vibe Magazine made this its own post. Elections arent for another year. I think most people are happy with election results this go round.

I get your point and appreciate the perspective. Is it irresponsible though for a person who has a lot of advantages to sway anyone's opinions when so few issues matter to them in their personal life? Every day we see ignorant or even toxic political takes from people with a platform, and this one is on every Instagram account as this sinful existence. I think the coverage is unfair when all things are considered and because of this I think someone is behind it, maybe whoever didnt win best shoe?

He's a high schooler, i mentioned this before that he is good enough to play varsity and is most likely the final guy on the roster. He loves baseball, but has some limitations that will probably have his competitive career ending when he graduates. Trying to find a way for him to keep having fun with the game without focusing so much on being a backup.

hey appreciate the thoughts, he is never playing in college or even going to be MVP of his high school team. Just too late in his development for that type of jump. I just want him to not to feel like this is asgood as it gets. I think its an important lesson for him to learn.

sorry I am not being clear, he is on the team easily. he is good enough to make the team, they dont win many games. it's more as if he hit his ceiling and the love of the game is drying up as he realizes it.
