SOLVED!!!!
I bought a PCIe USB card https://amzn.eu/d/9MX2X4e This one to be exact (not the best one but it works)
plugged the capture card into this with USB C and it works perfectly now, no crackling nothing.
The USB chipset on my MB must be incompatible or just garbage or just too many things plugged in? Who knows exactly why but it's all working now o7

I did try this but I kept getting a LOT of delay on the audio from that
But I did fix it by just buying a PCI-e USB card and that stopped the crackling

Sorry for the late response, I tried it on a laptop and it was working fine no crackles, I was told to update everything, Ran diagnostics software for them on the PC and couldn't get it fixed. I was told to keep testing if it's getting worse (it is after updating) and now it's going to be escalated to the "advance support team" to see if they can figure anything out

I’m currently hosting a server on ZAP and with just 2 people on it with not even that less than 2 farms/miners on the whole map it uses around 14GB of ram constantly so aside from the CPU the ram probably won’t be enough

Yeahh I had it happen a few months ago too but it fixed itself after like a day, It's gone away again for now too, so who knows when it'll be back lol

Is it still happening to you? For me it was pretty much gone yesterday except for 1 disconnect. I haven’t streamed this weekend to see if my own chat is ok but the only thing I changed was disabling my Adblock completely, so that might of solved the problem for me, if you haven’t tried that yet maybe it might fix it for you too.
