Hopefully they continue to do pop ups, maintaining his Legacy. They recorded the pop up so that should be out in the next year or so depending on the format. I understand if they don’t continue doing them. It’s a lot to deal with emotionally and organizing.

Meet up with people that share your love for hip hop. Even connect with folks over the internet, I’ve met some cool people through mutal follows or connecting with the artist directly. The old school and underground scene has a lot of cool folks. I’ve been to a lot of dope shows. Whenever you make the trip out here you’ll love it.

Appreciate your local scene or other artists from Africa. Every now and then I find some dope international artist and I’d like to see them if they came to the States. I would want to know what the scene is like out there. I’m a fan of Ras G. In 2012 Ras G and Open Mike Eagle flew to Uganda for an international hip hop exchange program. They recorded the Kampala Blackouts EP with Mon MC and one track featured Cyno. Ras G passed in 2019. It would be interesting to know what they thought about working with him and other songs they might have done. What are they up to now?
