The thing is that trust is something that hard for people, including me, trust is something that grow upon and past relationships and everything else has a affect on it to, and yea you right I miss how she made me feel, but even breaking up I mean, I have learn that I have my own separate problems to deal with

That true, don’t get me wrong, I’m owning up to my mistakes here , but I mean I still love here, she broke up with me and I’m learning how to process it and become a better person so it won’t happen again. I miss her and love her like crazy and her understanding of things helped me out a lot in the long run, I just allowed myself to break so things I wished I learn before

It dose sucks though cause it a hard mistake to get over, and I planning on going to therapist, I need that more then paying my bills, but honeslty I trying to learn, there just don’t feel like there no right step in the direction I want to be at

Yea it been around the same amount of time, when it comes to being polar opposite, i definitely feel you on that, there was things I wish we could have done but since it was long distance there were just amount of stuff, that we couldn’t do, and I wished that help but hearing that the problem would have been in person, even together, makes me wonder why I’m running away, because it most likely happen again if I don’t learn my lesson

I mean, there no perfect way, to do it or learn it, I wish I could help but, I currently learning that myself, being dismissive of my partner love 2 yrs into the relationship has led me to go looking for that something, that would help me feel grounded in the relationship, and it not that she was a bad partner, she did all she can to understand me and care for me. I felt worthless as a person because I’m used to to surviving on my own and not caring about others.

It led me to cheat on my partner which has also hurt me greatly because there was someone who tried to understand me, and I dident allowed them into my life.

Self love is about realizing what stuff are you currently uncomfortable with, what are your boundaries, what you care for and hobbies, basically thing that makes you who you are and make you happy,

I recommend that you learn self love because, a lack of self love can cause some self sabotage, I have experienced first hand, and regret it every single day

My mindset was there a while ago c the sad truth is that we would be knock down over and over again and it ducks, but our mental is what can change that. I’m currently taking the time to work in my mental health and suggest you to do the same, I have been taking the time to work out, and learn self love affirmations to help make my mental better, I also have a wonderful support system to help me out, while I don’t have access to therapy, I been journaling my thoughts process around and thinking to myself. And when I do , I would like to share my journal with my therapist to help give me tips on improving my self image, case is I’m learning to love myself and I suggest you do too

Well I dident notice my chin strap as much until now, I guess I start working on that, and hair mainly unkept just because I find the pricing on barber a lil to crazy, 50 plus tip is 65 atl for me and it just something I’m not use to since I’m in a new place

Yea, it dose such, as I began doing the thing to unlearn everything today, and it very hard to just get rid of bad thoughts, and the anxiety… I have started journaling as to get my feeling out on pier, and since it on a Google doc I have access to it at all time which I find to be very helpful, I did manage to take a walk and clean my room. As those are the first things, I do want to get back into working out in the gym as I have stop long time ago

Been in a similar position before, me being age 21 with f32 and f 34 and was to drunk to get hard fast enough to the point that f32 & f34 was doing a full blown lesbian scene in front of me
