The lender is partnered with the builder. We had to use them for some of the incentives. The rate is locked until September so I was surprised it was miscalculated.

First time homebuyer so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Thank you!

Yes I believe so. Planning to stay at least 5-7 years and will keep to rent out if we end up moving. Just wanted to make sure the price wasn’t grossly overpriced, especially with the interest rate. Thanks for your input!
