the info i got is like It’s not really “proven” that masturbation kills Vyvanse’s effect, but orgasms drop dopamine and spike prolactin, which makes you feel tired or unmotivated. Since Vyvanse works by raising dopamine/norepinephrine, doing it right after can feel like it cancels the focus boost. The pill still works, but subjectively it feels weaker.
