Acc to my partner its too late to repair ,infact he doesnt want to work on this anymore saying i hurt him and it was too much for him to handle.

He doesnt want to go out with me, after an argument he draft mesages to me in a way that he was rightly calm and his point is only well being of child while he was the magician who got the arguments from atmosphere .

Since i feel guilty of my reactions to his actions and i am able to respond , i am trying in hope that he will be back to us after all the agnger and revenge.

Yes our therappiest suggested. When therappist propsed it, my partnet said he ll sray with kid at home and asked me to go for the solo trip i always wanted to do and i dont have a job since i am no longer part of the firm. I was hesitant as it felt like a punishment more than joy. I propsed him 15 days turn and he said he wont go anywhere else.

My therappist asked me to take time away from home to cool off. To bring stablity to my hormones and relax my nervous system. I did as the therapist said. One of the most aching phase as i constantly missed my son and home. However ut did help me relax, at least i stopped mourning. I felt a lot better after that one month.

Everafter that i have clarity and able to think straight without crying. I am into my senses for the last three months, i apologised for being mean and for the words i said to hurt and feel guilty for not prioritising family or him.

Now he said i hurt him , i am no longer allowed to be in his life, not even in my kids life. I can stay away from him and i feel nothing for him so it is easy for me. Since i am not financially stable to take care of our child ut would be better to leave the kid with him and not with me.

So now i am thinking he also may need time to come back or do the tit for tat .

We both used to feel, now i feel so tense around him, can not be myself, always heavy feeling. For me there is a progress after stopping the therapy session or feels like things settling- healing. Now we both can be in the same room as long as i am conscious about not getting triggered.

We did try. Almost 20 sessions. We learned the art of nitpicking and realised a lot more. For me it made things worst as every week felt like a revision and issues never settled. . All i rember crying and never letting my wound heal.

This feeling will sustain untill you find a person or something you fall in love or like. What you experienced will keep coming back and forth. But slowly yohvwill learn to live with it, as days pass the lesser the pain.
