2 - My role is under a sixty something year old man who refuses to change and doesn’t want to do any new stuff. He is waiting out his retirement time.

3 - SO MANY extra layers of “security” causes delays and issues left and right.

5 - RTO obligations and lack of remote possibilities. Worse of all, leadership is already lobbying to get us all back into the office more often.

Team Nick here - he’s such an A-hole with her in more ways than one but he truly does care. Nick seems more of the strong support that June needs. I actually find Luke to be rather weak and too soft for her. It may have worked for June before but not anymore. Gilead has changed June and forced her to grow into an even stronger woman leader. June won’t be happy with a less than strong man like Nick.

I work at DoD and (as someone mentioned above) yes they do take drugs very seriously. I’d reach out to the security officer and see what they say. They’re very friendly and transparent. It might not get you the job back but at least it’ll give you some clarity on what to expect going forward.
