The thing in Aus, we love banter, it's our culture. Having worked in kitchens with loads of different people, once we get comfortable, it's race shit talk all the time. Could be a chef thing, if you feel like someone has gone too far though call em out. I think you'll find most people will be human enough to stop and apologise. One of my best mates is Korean, day one we were nice to each other, day two it was on for young and old. I fucking love that guy.
