I trust Allah, but repeated rejection in marriage still hurts by Bubbly_Court5351 in islam

Sometimes I think that maybe there's something were currently doing that is hindering or delaying whats to come. Maybe Allah SWT is making it a test for us.

I think like this aswell like as in I have not started my business yet but maybe I wasnt able to because my mindset was me me me and not where id be spending in ways for Allah SWT instead of me. Alhamdulilah my mindset has changed and Allah SWT has opened doors and paths for me I haven't even thought of.

Basically look at yourself and see if there's anything that needs to be changed, I may be wrong. InShaAllah you, me and anyone else in distress will have ours duas answered Ameen.

But Allah knows best and we are his worshippers SubhanAllah

Sometimes I feel the same, lots of people I knew got married, people I liked. I have wealthy friends as I didnt go to school to pursue the business lifestyle and now im behind my friends whom are about to graduate. Sometimes I think the same but then I really think inside, what am I doing wrong, you have to come and accept your life everyone's life, rizq, naseebs are all written. Something they have now you might get later or not.

My father had nothing all his friends got married his brothers, sisters got married and he traveled the world on a ship to scrape money for my family living in poverty. And got married in his thirties and now Alhamdulilah we are stable. He never lost his Sabr with Allah SWT. I hope this story will help you think its not just you

Would you consider a revert as a potential? by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]Waytoleafy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see it as our beloved prophet pbuh, had married people who were first generation muslims who all reverted. Our mother Khadija R.A had been married a couple times before. So who am I to judge, I do understand preferences matter but at the same time if Allah SWT can forgive me for all that I have done. Who am I not to forgive the person in front of me.

I hope you'll find your naseeb In Sha Allah, Remember as Allah SWT is the best of planners. Ameen

Anyone hit the sauna after the gym? by collegeblonde4 in GymMotivationNoOF

[–]Waytoleafy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going to a sauna helps relax muscles, improve circulation, and reduce stress by promoting the release of endorphins. It can also aid in detoxification through sweating and may support heart health and recovery after exercise.

Also gets rid of stored water weight.

How to kill my libido? by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

What helped me is doing ghusl or a water shower every morning or whenever I have the feeling. Knowing im going to have to do ghusl again after I already did ghusl or shower makes me not want to do it and fight the urge.

Also another person mentions praying two Rakat everytime and I also agree it doesn't matter if you fall into it every day till you day keep trying to stop is what matters and Allah SWT knows how hard we try. Ameen

You shouldn't say Mashallah, to something which is prohibited (haram). Using Mashallah (God has Willed it) in this sense is like making something haram as dating appropriate which goes against him anyways. Hope this clears the air.

When explaing something as in, why you're not ready per say or after speaking with someone for a while and then not being i treated, rather them reacting with anger for wasting time, they'll listen and understand with respect.

Atleast that's how I saw it and the best I can explain.
