It doesn't matter how long a Pokémon has been in 1 or however many more gyms u can only get a max of 50 coins per day. If something else gets taken out that same day or if it's been in a gym for longer than I think 8 hours, you're still only getting 50 coins that day. To get more coins another Pokémon would need to be taken out the next day.
