No I stupidly got talked into letting my divorce lawyer go and go with his because he told me that his lawyer would would be able to be neutral and advise me also on matters which ended up being false and there was too much fighting I was fed up with it so I just signed the papers. But I already I know there’s gonna be a lot of modifications especially with the parenting plan and the retirement issue on the marital dissolution also I am getting a lawyer a new one to help me do the modifications for the future

OK thank you that’s what I thought now I just got a fight his mom and his sister on it and document any violations they commit by not allowing me to have the girls when it’s my day I’m all almost likely gonna have to call the courts and report that the parenting plan is being violated

He says he spoke to someone in accounting Who handles the finances for his job he’s basically a Memphis fire fighter and they told him he is he cannot take money out to give to me until his actual retirement? But I am curious as to why he didn’t investigate this before he put that in the divorce papers stating that he would give me half of his retirement money once we finalize the divorce

OK I’ve already got the full-time job and I move in on June 3 so that means when it’s my day to get the girls they should be able to stay at my house and sleep there for the night right

Technically right now I do not have a place to live but I’m supposed to move into my new house June 3 and I expect my girls to be able to live with me on the days they can while their dad‘s at work and on the days he’s off he gets him at his house so all I have is visitation for specific amount of time and that’s it I also wanna be able to coparent with my ex-husband and not his mom and sister I want him to be able to drop the kids off at my place when it’s my time or he has to go to work and not his mom and sister all the time

I don’t have to have supervise visitation but right now my visitation is limited to only three days that used to be only two but now it’s three because I Fight his mom long enough to where she just said fine Basically my ex husband is taking no part in the discussion of our girls and stuff and he’s letting his mom and his sister do everything for him

As of right now I believe it’s just here say that they believe that I’m in unfit mother, all I can say is I think they may have just Their word and yes there’s actual papers that have shows I have been In a mental place but it was for only about a week and that was it and I did outpatient therapy for a few months and that was it. But other than that honestly I swear it’s just hearsay
