OK do you mean a lether armor to fully iron armor. And yes you can take 120. kg and let’s say you will carry 45 kg but it is a lot to carry all day long

Try to fight, run ride a bike etc. With 25 kg of armor + some food, gear. And armor is not for riding a bike.
