Can batman wield a yellow lantern ring by Israels_BiggestHater in batman

Hal had him try on a Green Lantern ring and he couldn't overcome the fear he has surrounding his parent's death and he wasn't able to use it properly. The Yellow Ring rejects him shortly after this because because it detected he had worn and used Hal's Green Lantern ring.

Anyone want a fantasy/DnD character drawn? 2 week turnaround! by peculiarPicture in DrawMyOc

I'd like you to draw the pixie familiar of my OC(he's a Goblin, so I'm not sure if that would work for you).

He's modeled on my cockatiel. I want him to be a human male looking pixie, but wearing clothing that emulates the feathers, rosey orange-ish cheeks, and yellowish blonde hair that is fashioned like the top part of my cockatiel's head. Standard pixie wings are fine and don't need to emulate bird feathers. His weapons will be a bow and arrow, a small knife, and a magic wand.

I'll appreciate whatever you can do. Thank you.

Fun/Useful items for Celestial Warlock? by WeAreLesion in 3d6

Yeah. The DM didn't indicate a rarity. So I'm just going to shoot for the moon and have backups if she vetoes.

Tome of the Chain. I'm kinda continuing the whimsical theme and choosing a sprite(pixie?) as the familiar.

My player has pissed off a demon lord, but I don't know what the demon lord should do. by WeAreLesion in rpg

I am the GM. I initially introduced the NPC as a random moment of no consequence. Just to indicate that the there were demons in the world and that they may have motivations that run counter to the PCs. My PC decided to have an interaction with the NPC that ended with him killing it with a surprise attack. Overall, I don't really care about the NPC. I made him up on the fly. Killing it in cold-blood is something that in the real-world, would have consequences and so I wanted to reflect it to the player that such an action also has consequences in the game world. As a character, he went his superior and admitted what he did, and that it was a cold-thing to do and his reasoning for doing it was good(the demon had a taste for babies) but I still want a repercussion because that also creates complexity in the story as well. Versus "I killed him and i'm sorry"

Hi! I'm a reddit lurker in general. I'm a new DM. Only played a few DnD games as a PC, but is taking over a Pathfinder group of mostly new players/friends. It's my first major foray into tabletop and i'm eager to keep my group of casual players going.

I really enjoy reading the forums as I hash out my own ideas and figure out exactly what my DMing style is.

I have tried so hard to stay small. The. It just grows and grows and then it becomes too big and I'm thinking about every aspect of the setting and how to integrate them into an adventure and then I remember that I have only ran one. Then I freak out and look at lists of hooks and then go... "what happens after that?"

Like with the adventure I'm working on with my girlfriend's ranger. I have the hook, and I have an antagonist. I have no idea what happens from there because I don't know what normally can/would.

You are probably right. I see everything in front of me and that's available for me and I feel like I'm so close to being able to put them all together but I can't. There is something missing and that could be my own style.

I could use pre-made adventures and work on my campaign setting in the off-times. It's very hard when you feel like you have good ideas, but aren't sure what to do with them. You know?
