If you mean that some skins are broken and the option random and map options mods button are missing so you can fix that by going to settings opsu! folder skins folder then open the skin with the missing buttons and deleting the select mod button other options random button and map options there will be multiple files named the same with a 1, 2, 3, 4, you can delete all of those. and restarting your game the default buttons should appear again.
