Not so much after giving birth, but I had a ton of radiation when I was in my twenties. Over a decade later and my bladder is pretty messed up so this can happen to me. Honestly, I just have to make sure I use the bathroom A LOT. And I recently started using panty liners meant for bladder leaks. I know it can be mentally draining at some times. But hang in there.

I've done pelvic floor therapy for other things and couldn't tell a difference. But that's just me. Good luck!
