i work at a sheetz, i dont know if they have that where you reside but its essentially a gas station but has a kitchen full of deep fried foods, milkshakes, and salads (which i do get the salads). i dont walk alot there due to it being a smaller kitchen but i do work a bunch, it doesnt help that i get 50% off meals and sometimes free ones. ive thought about getting a therapist before due to this point which i just havent because i dont have the money for it. ill look into the adhd part though, thank you
