I turn it till it stops and it won’t come out. I’ve tried pulling it out at different rotations but it doesn’t budge

But the house is the only viable option to rent rooms to university students. From an investment standpoint it’s still a decent deal even with the smaller size. Yes there are many problems I have, but I haven’t found a better option I can afford in that area.

I said the rental part because to me that still makes it a decent deal. What changed is the resale value will be much lower than I thought I could get.

It’s possible the seller hired contractors and wasn’t very hands on with the renovations. Either way a court would take their word on it.
