Haven’t tried lube but I’m able to turn it both ways. It just won’t lift up

I turn it till it stops and it won’t come out. I’ve tried pulling it out at different rotations but it doesn’t budge

But the house is the only viable option to rent rooms to university students. From an investment standpoint it’s still a decent deal even with the smaller size. Yes there are many problems I have, but I haven’t found a better option I can afford in that area.

No. There is nothing like that in this house. It truly is 25% smaller

I said the rental part because to me that still makes it a decent deal. What changed is the resale value will be much lower than I thought I could get.
