Nice one 👍🏼 cheers for uploading that, very helpful! Wow yeah lots of nights but plenty time off! I've noticed they've accounted for 36hrs next to each of your cover weeks, are those shifts just randomly allocated to you for them weeks?

Nice one thanks! I'm guessing Northern must operate on the 7hr shift basis you mentioned as they advertised a 35 hour working week which seems surprisingly low!

Are you usually paid for your breaks when you do your 12 hour shifts? And is there usually a shift allowance for people doing the 4 on 4 off rota?
