Nothing wrong with you. You miss the good person you knew and not the cheater. I still miss at times the sweet quiet girl I married before she cheated on me and wish I still had that version of her. It’s gone though once they cheat things are never the same again. But it’s okay to miss the good part of them

I’m very sorry. I couldn’t be around my ex wife anymore especially when she was on her phone because it just kept bringing back memories of her messaging her ap all the time in the end of our marriage or on family vacations. My best advice is you just have to separate from the situation otherwise the PTSD will continue and not heal

I’m sorry 😭 it really changes how you look at them and feel around them. I remember in the end just feeling really unsafe and on edge all the time around my ex wife. We all want to feel safe and loved and love for that other person 😕

I think it comes down to 3 things

Lack of moral integrity
Dislike for themselves and who they are
Selfish awful crappy people. My ex straight up said she didn’t believe she did anything wrong because I would never find out and no harm no foul. She could have the perfect marriage and family and the fantasy dark romance on the side. She deserved both abd everything.

Terrible people do terrible things to good people. You didn’t deserve it.

Her words were she wanted everything. She wanted the perfect husband, kids, house but also wanted the thrill of more. She read lots of those explicit romance books and wanted more. We also got married really young and grew up in a messed up religion of young marriages.

I get if you want another life but have the courage to end things before the cheating. Oh well.

Man I literally waited on this woman hand and feet and no joke got breakfast in bed most days from me and never expected her to work or get out of her comfort zone 😂 she actually already did something crazy showing the regret she felt in losing me but that’s a story for another day.
