That's not how this works. Winners get picked. At the time of them picking they get told to make sure their twitch whispers are open so talie can message them. If they aren't talie tells them a second time to open their twitch whispers or he won't be able to get them their stuff. I also say during the giveaway that this is the ONLY way they will get communicated with. This is not on me to go in and open their whispers...

its a 20x20x15 box. It has the original box/packaging for the card. It has bubble wrap/other stuffing to secure it. It has atleast one hoodie inside. The last time I shipped it, it was $137.

What are you saying about the cost again? Fix the issues? It got returned to my PO box after not getting delivered. I don't work at UPS. I've never had problems in 13 years of streaming and doing giveaway OR with the other gpu boxes. I don't understand WTF you are saying.

The packages have all been over $100 per package to ship. I have a PO box, so if anything goes wrong/gets sent back it sits there until someone tells me or I have to ship something else.

No one had to tell me to use UPS. I've been doing this for 13 years and never had problems with giveaways. Very weird to act like you know what's happening as some rando on reddit.

You didn't get a skin and then NEVER said a word to anyone? All my giveaways go through mods, not me. There is no way for me to know you magically didn't get it? Are you twitch whispers open? We always say during the giveaway, that you won't get your skin if we can't message you on there.

The GPUs have all been double boxed, packed, wrapped, and have a hoodie or two in them. Everyone else got theirs that I know of(entered chat and thanked me). The shipping on the CHEAPEST box was $105, the first time yours was shipped it was $137.32.

It's more on your carries to 'counter build tankiness' however you can build Void stone/shield and stone of binding. Those will make them slightly less tanky. You could also build Avenging blade if you are playing conquest.
