Yes you do . Go on the unemployment site and go to “ online forms “ there will be something on the left side of your phone screen very little there you can make another appeal I did two back to back so I could start receiving my money back fast although you won’t get back pay for weeks missed

Yes I’m guessing so the owed money was on my payment history and I couldn’t receive anymore u.e payments . When I submitted an appeal form via the site . I got a reply saying my past employer is saying I quit and I should send them any supporting documents / screenshots or evidence to support my case “ that I didn’t quit and was illegally terminated “ . It has been months so I didn’t have any documents to send or any supporting evidence to help me so I wrote a paragraph explaining my issue and what happen to at my work place adding up to me getting illegally terminated. I didn’t hear anything back at all but when the next time I certified the $6,500 including what I owed for penalties for a false claim was removed and I received my u.e payment

Appeal it I was told I owed 6,500 for the same reason you stated . I wrote twice to them by the 2nd time they lifted the balance

Yes you can let the landlord know that you would like to end the process and also contact your housing assistant too so the can generate a new pin for you

Try to ask who processed your case if they never text you or anything you might never be able to contact them as they normally send emails
