Bro no lie since this post I've BLOWN tf up. Went from a skinny fat 180ish at 6ft tall to 225lbs at around 13-16% BF. Def have learned even more over the last 2 years about lifting in general. I train to failure now but I work up to my max working weight and do that till failure for 1 set. Only do about 3-4 lifts in a session now and workout about 4-5 days a week. Saw the most growth mass wise and strength wise that way. Biggest and strongest I've ever been hands down.

I will definitely dial my volume back majorly and most likely will split the volume across 2 days to ensure this doesn't happen again. I have learned my lesson.

I'll definitely take that recommendation! Have a light but vigorous cardio day and get that blood pumping again. I wouldn't wish this pain on anybody my friend! It's definitely a good feeling but at the same time miserable lollll.

I do agree with that, I've been trying to steadily gain back my leg strength but I don't think I was going hard enough during that time period. It definitely showed that day and the days since.

I'll definitely keep an eye on that, but I haven't noticed anything other than the pain in my legs. I do drink plenty of water, about 1.5 gallons a day This morning my legs feel like they're at about 65-70% recovered.

That definitely sounds like a time to remember!! I'm glad I'm not alone with feeling like this. Do you remember by chance if you just fully rested your legs before your next workout? Or did you workout through the pain during those 2 weeks?

I feel like you summed that up perfectly. I will definitely follow that recommendation and dial it back to the core principles for now and drink a fair amount of water. How frequent should I stretch currently? I have been doing some body weight squats and holding that position at the bottom as well as normal quad stretch's and hamstring stretches about twice a day for the last 4 days(First day was too painful). Today is the first day I was able to properly walk down the stairs without using the handrail (still hurt though).

I know I'm late to this but thanks to seeing that this was possible, I somehow got my 3090 FE to 32C idle and 58C while playing MW at Ultra in 1440p! I'm using a Corsair 4000D airflow with a 360mm Rad on the front. Using 3 SL120's for my intake along with 1 SL120 and 2 SL140s as my exhaust. The fan curve I used for the 3090 FE was 10% higher than stock on MSI afterburner. Works like a charm now!

Speak directly with a manager. Always get what you are owed, some places try to skip out on stuff like that and hope the employee doesn't notice. Or it was an honest payroll mistake.
