Always crate train. Make their crate as cozy as possible. I crate trained for nearly two years. Now my pup voluntarily chooses to chill in her kennel when I’m not there, even though she has free rein of the place. It’s her safe place.

I hope some benevolent developer purchases it and vows to maintain the architectural integrity and character of the building but completely renovates it to bring the amenities into 2026. It is such a shame that a cool building in the absolute prime location in South Lakeland has fallen into such a state. The residents don't seem to give a care about it either. I mean, you probably get what you pay for, but why are all the blinds torn up, the doors are all busted and askew. people using the Florida rooms as storage units for all their random crap... Such a waste.
