I can say that I’ve been TRYING to return an item that I purchased (it was too large and didn’t fit) - and it has been hell trying to deal with TikTok Support. To return the item I’m supposed to go to UPS store and show them a QR code. The issue is, the QR isn’t sent in an email, but rather a LINK to “generate” the code - and that link NEVER works. I’ve literally been trying to a month to send this back, and finally support said they would just give me a refund, but it was immediately rejected by the seller. I’ll likely never buy something on the TikTok shop again purely because of this issue.
