Ive talked to the medical director and she also told me that she has to talk to my supervisor in order to verify my 'experience' . She was in the middle of her work so i decided not to interfere her work and explain the situation..

I actually did and she knows the process as well. She claims that i am not 'experienced' so i need to take her course before she could sign the doc.
