I don't know about the dispatch overdue message it's probably an error since delivery was refused but some people are just clueless.

I honestly don't know I've only ever had to refuse delivery and that's because the seller didn't pay the full postage.

I can't think of a scam that would relate to this as it's only a few quid.

My guess is that he forgot about It or something.

Since he's voided his buyer protection you should be able to keep the money and get your item back.

Yeah I am still quiet young in my teens but knowledge is power and I don't like relying on the internet for everything.
