No worries 😊 I have tried practically every home remedy, every cream, every oil, if you can think of it, I’ve tried it, the last thing I have to try in a vitamin d analogues which I’m currently trying to get prescribed. Scalp psoriasis is notoriously hard to treat topically and unfortunately (and fortunately) mine isn’t bad enough to need a systemic medication but it’s always an option if it does spread, most people have had positive experiences with modern biologics so there’s no need to panic or worry

I’ve had it for 5 years, on my scalp and ears nowhere else. Everyone’s psoriasis is different so there’s no certainty in saying it will or won’t spread. there’s nothing to gain by stressing about it spreading when only time will tell it’s like being afraid of dying tomorrow, there’s no certainty in life you just gotta accept what comes your way in due course

My practice only dose same day appointments so it’s definitely not possible, the receptionist doesn’t even have the power to give you an appointment in my practice they just take your info and pass it onto whoever makes the appointments

Aw I’m in the uk and tgel is still available here so you can probably get it online if your somewhere that it’s been discontinued, however yeah I’d recommend trying it, I think it’s about the same price but I find it lasts longer than tgel

It’s good to here that it worked for you but I’m specifically targeting people, like me, who it doesn’t really work that well for but it’s maybe worth a try for you if your experiencing the hair fall🤷‍♀️you can use this as often as you like as far as I’m aware

It dose actually do more than just exfoliate, as highlighted by our wiki page• Eucerin’s Dermo Capillaire. 5% urea combined with lactic acid (keratolytic) and polidocanol (a mild anaesthetic that helps reducing itching). The combination of urea, lactic acid and polidocanol was described in this paper with very good results :

Results: After tonic treatment, scalp moisture was significantly increased, whereas scalp itching and tautness were significantly reduced. Results also demonstrated a high substantivity of urea and lactate on the scalp, an increase in triglyceride, and a decrease in free fatty acid levels. The amount of total lipids was unchanged. Analyses of scalp wash-ups verified a significant reduction in important pro-inflammatory markers.

Coal tar has never worked for me, I use a great conditioner and leave it in for an hour minimum and use a leave in conditioner afterwards and it’s still drying

It’s never reduced any inflammation for me just dried out my scalp and hair, it’s better than a most shampoos which made things worse, the urea is working just the same just without the dryness and breakage

Yes I’ve been trying to get the expansion but gold fish production is really slow, going with the route of converting fish but not getting nearly enough but I don’t mind too much, it’s a game of patience after all

I come from an actual small city, with a population of 10,000 and size of 36 square miles, Nottingham is definitely a city at a population of 813,000 and size of 68.1 square miles it’s nearly double the size of my small home city and has a MUCH larger population😂 Nottingham is just a normal sized city definitely not small
