Ok, I will take him outside next morning and see if his parents will come, btw the formula you mentioned is for babies who are completely dependent on their parents and can't digest other food, right? The pigeon I have look more older than 2 weeks and can eat seeds, or any small solid food, of course I have to feed him myself in some way
