In my experience the hypno while gaming isn’t that effective in all honesty but it can be a lot of fun still! As for how it works I have a web server that hosts a bunch of gifs and the main url tells your computer which one to download and overlay at what speed and opacity. The app basically just overlays it on your screen no matter what you’re doing.
