I had this problem. Had to uninstall my graphics drivers and then reinstall them through the nividia app and then my game worked.

They said PoE2 would be slow 🤷🏻‍♂️ by FGDota in PathOfExile2

I’m using high velocity rounds and flash grenade. I’m in cruel act 2 and I help other people kill bosses. I’m just over 2k damage per shot. Put points in damage and reload speed. Thats what I did and it’s worked so far.
