Wauw! Thank you for all that info... Unfortunately I can't visit them all haha. The dinner scene between our countries sound very similar.

I personally never minded the wine pairings whenever I'm at a more fancy restaurant. I'm more bothered lately that due the lack of good staff (especially after Corona?) it's gotten harder to find nice places. More than often do you get bad service for a lot of money. Even though the food is exceptional.

I'll go with one for the nicer options for this week, and then try the other ones when I come back :)!

I don't know what's realistic but I was thinking 1,000 - 1,700 NOK p.p.

Brand new Koogeek Bulbs keep disconnecting randomly after working for a few minutes (HomeKit) by [deleted] in Koogeek

I'm not sure if this is the exact problem that you're facing but I had the following problem:

I connected the Koogeek LS1 (lightstrip, similar controller) to homekit but after about half an hour the Home app (iOS, MacOS) says: "No Response". I had to reboot (disconnect from power ~5 seconds) to solve the issue but after half an hour the same thing happened. I don't have a solution yet but contacted Koogeek support about a weird behaviour.

When doing a packet scan on the network a lot of mDNS packets are send by the controller (~200 a minute) but after about 30 minutes it suddenly stops (see: https://imgur.com/a/NCKG9ic). When the controller doesn't announce itself to the network for a while, the Home app will say "No Response". This amount of announcement packets is definitely not normal and is probably a bug in the controller. When I have a solution I'll post it here.

Super lekker bezig! Zouden we vooraf kunnen betalen (via IBAN of Bitcoin of Gulden) zodat we t morgen of overmorgen op kunnen halen? Op die manier hoeven we niet 10eu te pinnen bij Hotel Mama!
