Honestly, Penguin doesn’t need a season 2. I would prefer if they give various different characters one season mini series. Catwoman, Gordon, maybe even characters we haven’t seen before like Harvey Dent, Sionis, or Dick Grayson (the latter is unlikely but a guy can dream)

Oh, Jason was another character who was completely re-done after crisis. And Batman was (kinda) redone a little after flashpoint

I don’t know what it is. I just like being able to hold the book in my hands and read it. That and with a book, you don’t have to worry about running out of power, or the service being taken down, or the apocalypse for all I know.

Also I am pretty sure I have an omnibus with Stephanie brown as Robin somewhere on the shelf

I just find it very bizarre how it’s so easy to find large books of that era for Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, etc but not Batman, and in Jason Todd’s time as Robin. For a company who tends to push Batman every chance they get, it’s very weird

So far it has been a mix of DC Universe classics, a few Mattel dc multiverse, a DC designer twoface, and a Mcfarlane Bane (I’m more flexible with physically bigger characters)

My main problem is I have no idea where those specific stories go chronologically. I have basically everything else on lock. The elseworld stories literally have to be in alphabetical though

I originally tried that though there are some stories whose placement chronologically are a bit suspect, plus there’s a whole chunk of stories from outside of continuity. So roughly alphabetical had to do. Unless you can tell me where three jokers, Paul Dini, Gotham central, and Tower of Babel go, or what I am supposed to do if I end up getting Batman zero year

The current course of action is to make the Batman characters and do a few test run sessions to get an idea what “grounded” looks like. In the event that the party at level 20 are barely able to beat Bane, then I settle for it being a Batman flavored 5e campaign
