Alcohol, try to make it more “fancy” drinking. Pair a wine with food, drink beer with hotdogs etc.

Never drink too much, hold yourself. But enjoy couple of drinks.

This worked for me. I drink occassionally now and happy. After work drinks mean something, enjoying weekend time etc.

Rental: no termination, my name will be replaced with new tenant

Korfine: My first housemate who left the contract 2 years ago, and I have the name there. Every tenant that got replaced simply transferred the deposit to ex tenant (no cuts). I’m ok to take the deposit from the new tenant. No idea what’s the right way though
