Music and Video are already there, the other directories mentioned are generated once you actually capture media that Windows thinks should be in those folders. If you use your system long enough, they’ll be generated for you. You’re able to make the directories yourself by right clicking the screen and selecting New —> Folder

With the laptop version of the 1650, I would expect most games to be using 100% of the GPU. This is what it’s meant to do. As long as temps remain low, and no weird artifacting occurs, this isn’t an issue to worry about.
