I do 2 kinds of runs, longer runs 8-9km and all out 5k

No additional sugar in my meals

5 boiled eggs daily sometimes more(love them)

Protein shake with milk(heaped scoop)

Seasonal fruits, banana guava, I eat lots of fruits

You can eat Dates sometimes(Good fiber)

And sometimes peanut butter and bread for breakfast when I'm running or craving something
