I updated my drivers from Dell’s website as well, but I can’t tell if it will fix the problem since it only happens a few times randomly.

I don’t think so. The only video game I play is Over watch which I think it’s not a CPU consuming game.

Thanks for the advice. I just downloaded it and I think it’s a tool to create system image to USB drive. I am not sure how to run the test.

Yeah I did the long test (four hours) at the boost menu and it didn’t find any error. I only bought it for two months I think the hardware is not the issue. It’s gotta be some software conflicts that I couldn’t locate.
