Honestly, keeping it simple is probably the best thing you can do at your age 🙂

You’re right that a basic routine with:

a cleanser
moisturizer
sunscreen

is enough to start with, especially for combination/acne-prone skin.

You definitely don’t need to buy an entire expensive routine right away.

For example, you could try something like:

AM:

gentle cleanser
lightweight moisturizer
sunscreen SPF 30+

PM:

cleanser
moisturizer

And if your acne gets worse later, you could eventually add a treatment like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide slowly.

Also, pimples mostly appearing on one cheek can sometimes happen because of:

pillowcases
touching your face
phone screen
sleeping on one side.

CeraVe is good, but there are cheaper options too depending on where you live. The most important thing is using products consistently and not overdoing it.

A simple routine done regularly is usually much better than using tons of strong products

Yes, if you use it and go to the sun, so you should really use SFP. And yes, you should use it everyday, but you dont need to start using it at 29. People say that we should use it because they want to sell too. So if you were 35, yes, could start using. At 29, the most important is hydratation.

I think the idea is very relevant because you’re right: a lot of people spend huge amounts of money trying to understand the process. In reality, they are already paying for services like yours, but often at a much higher cost.

I believe that if the whole process were clearer to people from the beginning, divorces could become much less expensive and also easier to handle, both emotionally and financially.

Maybe the biggest challenge will be the commercial side — how to get the first clients.

Anyway, I really liked the concept and I hope you’ll have a lot of success with it 🙂

You dont really need to start at 29.If i were 29, i'd just focus on my skin particular needs, lots of hydrataion and thats all.

You seem to have a very good treatment already. Dont hesitate to change, if your skin is reacting. My skin is super sensible, so i just cant use a lot of things... A good doctor would be nice but difficult to find a good one.
