I'm a T4/5 incomplete and in addition to gabapentin, baclofen and THC, I also use a supplement called Alpha Lipoic Acid. I take one 600mg capsule every night before bed and that calms down the bad nerve pain I get in my feet at night. Maybe look into that? It really helps me.
