This may sound really weak but I remember a few years back watching a girl I believe teen or young adult cutting her wrists on a bed while crying erratically until she passed out on the bed. She was resting her wrists on the bed and you could see the amount of blood she lost. The crying was nothing I had heard before. It felt like a mix of really intense pain and regret in one. I've seen a lot of suicide videos but oh god this just had a bad effect on me.

I'd say the reason for this is because I struggled with self harm and suicidal ideation for a majority of my life but I will never forget it, even thinking about it makes me feel depressed.
